Are you a strategic IT leader with a passion for technology and innovation? We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of IT to join our team at Gryn Bricks & Tech!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the IT, graphics and social media department, driving the implementation of technology solutions in house and maintaining the company’s brand identity.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, security, and data management.
• Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee the development of audio and visual content for social media.
• Liaise with the marketing department to come up with social media campaigns for the company.
• Serve as Creative Director of the company’s Media Team.
• Create, manage and produce content for the company’s social media pages and website.
• Oversee the procurement, installation and maintenance of IT equipment in the organization.
• Manage system upgrades, software development, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the IT team, ensuring smooth operations and technical support.

Requirements:

• A Degree in Computer Science or any It related field.

• Proven experience in an IT leadership role (3+ years preferred).
• Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and system management.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suites and Microsoft Office.
• Above average Graphic Design and Video Editing Skills.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive digital transformation and implement innovative solutions.
• Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team development and collaboration.
